Dell Flash

RESPONSIBILITY LAYS WITH THE USER.  IF YOU BRICK YOUR BOX YOU OWN IT. DO NOT
BLAME ANYONE BUT YOURSELF.  WHEN IN DOUBT DON'T USE IT.  REALLY DON'T USE IT.

Dellflash is a lkm plus flash utility permitting OpenBSD to flash the BIOS of Dell computers. It is released under the ISC license.
Please read the README for an explanation of what this is and how to use it.

To-do:
- someone needs to port biosdisk to OpenBSD, then we could virtually flash all dell devices
- someone needs to create a hdr database
